U Elements is covered by a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship within one year from date of purchase for which a clear proof of purchase is provided. We will advise and offer to repair the product without any incurred cost. If determined beyond repair, we will replace your U|Elements free of charge.
Our warranty does not cover damages that resulted from accidents, incorrect use, negligence, chemical stains, theft, normal wear & tear, and repairs carried out by unauthorized service centers.

All warranty claims will be assessed by an authorized representative.
Most of our products are eligible for return under our 7 Days Replacement Policy. Kindly check more details accordingly to your purchased brand.
In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.
Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with it. We will also need an unboxing video and images of your package so we can make a thorough investigation into the matter.
The replacement will be shipped once the original order is returned.
